Sacred Heart Novena

This is a preached novena leading up to the feast of the Sacred Heart. Deepen your devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus through nine days of prayer. Our preachers this year are Fr. Michael Kirwan SJ, Fr. Tom Casey SJ and Fr. Tom Layden SJ.

Novena of Grace

4th - 12th March 2024

Bring what’s on your heart to God over nine days of prayer. Since 1832, the Novena of Grace has taken place here at Gardiner Street. Each day of the novena, we gather for Mass with beautiful music and pray the novena prayer. Fr. Michael Simone SJ, Chicago based Jesuit, is our preacher this year.

Charismatic Prayer Group

Mondays 7:30pm - 9pm

Monday evenings 7:30pm - 9pm in John Sullivan Room. Come Holy Spirit!

Blessed John Sullivan Mass

Third Saturday of the month, 1pm

This is a Mass for healing, in which we pray for the intercession of Blessed John Sullivan, whose tomb is here at St. Francis Xavier’s, Gardiner Street.
